High School Graduation is Thursday, May 18th at 7:00 pm in the high school gym. Come out and celebrate this wonderful accomplishment of our high school students!
Kindergarten and 8th grade promotion is Tuesday, May 30th. Kindergarten promotion is at 9:30 am and 8th grade promotion is at 11:00 am in the high school gym. We look forward to seeing everyone!
Prom is this Saturday, April 22nd for all Juniors and Seniors. Promenade begins at 7:00 pm in the high school gym. We look forward to seeing everyone!
Congratulations to our JH trap team (Kyle E., Lane H., Blaine T., Joslyn M., and Anthony W.) for their 2nd place IA for breaking 469 our of 500 clays. Joslyn M. won 1st place in class D lady division and Anthony W. placed 1st in class D overall with a 50 straight award and for breaking 99 out of 100 clays. Great job team!
Congratulations to FFA and how well they did at last week's contests...Ag Mech finished 3rd Overall. Colton T. got 1st in the Electricity Division and Colton S. got 2nd in the Surveying Division. Also, the Livestock Team finished 11th overall out of 45 teams. Keep up the amazing work!
FCCLA has been up to some great things...our school was able to donate 190 pounds of pop tabs to the Ronald McDonald house. The staff was surprised, amazed and very appreciative! Mrs. Ferrell's 4th grade class donated the most pop tabs.
Also, FCCLA had a successful weekend at the State Competition. Jayla C. received a Gold Medal in Apparel Construction: Casual Wear; Josie K. received a Silver Medal in Apparel Construction: Casual Wear; Caleb M., Haley M., Allie D. and Marissa T. all received a Gold Medal in Decorated Cookie; Marissa also received Most Outstanding in her group. Congratulations FCCLA and way to represent Crab Orchard CUSD #3!

High School Baseball is selling shirts in sizes from Small to 2XL. The short-sleeve t-shirts are $15 and the hoodies are $25. Shirts are available at baseball games or by contacting Coach Cory Bailey. You may also contact the High School Office.

Crab Orchard FCCLA is hosting a "Kids Night Out, Parents Night Off" event this Friday, March 31st, from 2:30-7:00pm for 3-8 year olds. Cost is $15.00 per child; each sibling is an additional $10.00. Forms were sent home last week with students in grades Pre-K through 3rd. If you didn't receive a form, and you are interested in your child(ren) participating, please contact Mrs. Emery. The deadline to reply is tomorrow, Wednesday, March 29th at 3pm.
