Sports Physicals will be offered at Crab Orchard CUSD #3 for students entering grades 5-12 who are interested in participating on any of our athletic teams. The cost is $10, and the physicals will be offered from Noon until 3:00pm. A current sports physical must be on file before students are allowed to participate in practices and tryouts.
